Upon receiving a request, the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card provided. By making a reservation, it is considered that you have full knowledge of the hotel's payment, rejection, and cancellation policies.
Children up to 6 years old stay free of charge sharing existing bedding and will be charged for breakfast. Children older than 6 years of age are counted as adults.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel a reservation if valid credit card details are not provided. To avoid any inconveniences, please keep a copy of your reservation to present upon arrival at the hotel.
For non-refundable bookings, the total amount of the reservation will be automatically debited upon confirmation. No changes or cancellations are allowed.
Payment Policy:Debit and payment for the stay and services are made in Colombian Pesos. The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS, AMERICAN EXPRESS. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card before your arrival.

Cancellation Policy: In case of changes and cancellations made up to 120 hours before the arrival date, no charges will apply. For changes and cancellations made 48 hours or less before the arrival date, the first night will be charged. In case the customer does not show up at the hotel, the entire stay will be charged. The possession of wild or untamed animals is prohibited in Colombia, and our establishment adheres to this regulation to preserve fauna and the safety of our guests. Therefore, only domestic animals are allowed.
Accommodating a pet involves a deeper daily room cleaning and maintenance than usual, and for this reason, we charge for the accommodation of your little friend.
Pets weighing a maximum of 10 kg are allowed for an additional fee
We reserve the right to deny entry to pets showing signs of unhygienic conditions or potentially contagious diseases, displaying aggressive behavior, or not complying with the hotel's policies and regulations.
